Bokaro Steel Plant – Bokaro Steel Plant is the fourth integrated plant in the Public Sector, established in 1964. the plant is hailed as the country’s first Swadeshi steel plant, built with maximum indigenous equipments and technical know-how. The current capacity of the plant is 4.5 MT. Bokaro Steel Plant is working towards becoming a one-stop-shop for world-class flat steel in India.

Parasnath – Parasnath hills are one of the important Jain Pilgrimage center. Twenty Jain tirthankars attained salvation in these hills. Both digambar and shwetambar sects have their ashrams there. The hills house many temples, shrines and meditation halls for the benefit of the visitors.
